My business is using 'the cloud'

I've been asked a lot how I run my business, the website, email, flyers, customer relationships, especially when it comes to technology and IT. So I thought I'd let you know a little about my business technology - especially considering my son, who works at Microsoft - set everything up.
I run my business using all cloud-based technlogy available in Microsoft Office 365. We're using products called SharePoint, Exchange, Lync, and Office programs like OneNote, Excel, and Access. The new technology has allowed me to access my business information from home, from work, on the road, and on vacation. It's also allowed be to run things more efficiently without having to hire a staff of IT people in the office.
Microsoft decided to produce a few videos about my business and how I'm using the cloud. Take a look below. You can also read about it in this blog that my son created, desribing the implementation.
